I am excited to share with you that my Faux Piped Binding Tutorial was picked up by American Quilter magazine in their September 2012 issue! So if you want to add a cool and easy binding to your quilt that is all done by machine go pick up a copy!
Or you can leave a comment and I will be giving away one copy of the magazine to one lucky winner! A winner will be drawn on August 7th. Good luck!

Yay - I'll be the first to comment! Nice to be a published author?
how cool is that?!!!! Congrats! I don't usually see that magazine on the stands, but maybe I'm missing it somehow! I'll have to look closer!
That is very cool! Congratulations!
I will look for that, a neat idea!
How exciting! I would love to have a copy and try your piping technique!
Look forward to reading it. I just wrote about trying Ricky Tim's not-faux version. Eager to try yours!
Congratulations! I'll have to keep my eye out for it.
Tomorrow is my town day, I will look for the magazine. But put my name in the hat, because I might be too tight to buy one!

I am new to your blog. I goggled "piped binding tutorial" and Goggle brought me here. Now I guess I will have to find the magazine (unless I am lucky enough to win).
I am off to see what other goodies your blog holds.

Glad to see you are back and your back is better I tried to send you an email months ago just to wish you well with your health and house. You have lots of far away 'friends' who wish you all the best and where worried when you seemed to fall off the earth.
I am so happy to find out your technique has been published it is so very clever. Thank you so much and please put me in the drawing for a copy of the magazine.
Are the magazines available yet? I was too late to be in the drawing.

I have been looking for the magazine and can't find it. Where can I get it? So glad to see you back. Hope you will stop by Dumas Bay next weekend to visit with us. Sorry you won't be doing the weekend. Miss you!
Can't find that magazine in Canada. Wish I'd printed out the instructions instead of just "favouriting" them. Will it be back on your site eventually?
